I have been toggling between the beta and developer versions lately. So is it just me or did this update totally change how chrome os manages popup windows? Popups seem to be floating now instead of attached to the bottom of the screen. The scratchpad will load in a small window on the bottom, but I can no longer resize the box and it won't stay in place when I move it left or right.
