The stable channel has been updated to 61.0.3163.100 for Windows, Mac and Linux which will roll out over the coming days/weeks.

Good news, everyone! Chrome 61 (61.0.3163.81) for Android has been released and will be
available on Google Play
over the course of the next few weeks. This release contains performance and stability fixes, as well as a few new features:
Translate pages with a more compact and intuitive toolbar
Pick images to post online with an improved image picker
