Like the new settings page.
May it appear by default on Chrome 19?

A new settings page behind a flag!

As I read above, it some find it well, but I don't like it.
This Uber page has no good overview any more, it just is to hard to find that one part you are looking for.
The section of 'Personal stuff' was very useful in order to find what you need.

I like the idea, but the result isn't that well.
I hope they revert it.
