Dev Channel Update

The Dev channel has been updated to 22.0.1229.0 for Windows, Mac, and Linux.  A complete log of what changed can be found in the svn revision log.  Instructions and download links for our different release channels are available on the Chromium wiki.  If you find what you think is a new bug, please file it in our issue tracker.

Wrench icon changes...

No podéis cambiar el "Wrench icon".

Es parte del diseño de Chrome y un icono explicativo por sí mismo. El icono actual no significa nada.

Además, ¿también cambiaréis vuestras páginas de ayuda? En ellas hacéis referencia a ese icono: "Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar".

Un gran error.

I haven't pinned it down yet, but the latest dev channel update broke my IndexedDB based application. Works fine on 21.0.1180.75 (Official Build 150248) beta, but fails on 22.0.1229.0 (Official Build 150285) dev (on the same Ubuntu 12.04 x64 system). Haven't pinned it down enough yet to create a simple testcase.

Like the replacement for the settings,
however the + instead of the star will take some adjustments, but this doesn't work any more, just like Ctrl+D :(

Can't say I really like this update

Compact Navigation was the best flag ever, but Chrome doesn't like it. I would guess they prefer to build the browser around the awesome bar. But with Compact Navigation, it was still there and functional, but not taking up space. Chrome has a wonderful, clean look---except for the address bar always being there.

Please, Chrome, bring it back. It was only a flag. Didn't hurt anyone. But it was the only thing that kept me from going back to Firefox and it's Hide the Addressbar add-on.
