Chrome Beta for Android Update

Chrome Beta for Android has been updated to 30.0.1599.38 and will be available in Google Play over the next few hours. This release has a number of crash fixes as well as the following fixes:

  • 263870: History search textbox disappears when search term is deleted
  • 273763: auto complete in Omnibox not functioning properly with gesture based keyboards
  • 283616: After Chrome update, Swype enters double words when touching space bar, delete with backspace word reappears
  • 280717: Chrome on Android should only enable accessibility for "real" accessibility services

Known issues:  
  • 274432: [Tablets] First suggestion is auto selected when we scroll the window upward
  • 289768: [Android] Mobile Gmail compose page email fields do not work with Swype 3.26.*
  • 276550: A bit of first letter of an URL in omnibox is cut

Please bring back bookmarks opening in background tabs.

Also, please add option for Chrome Beta for Android to access the Bookmarks widget.

Indeed after last chrome update my nexus 4 starts random resets.. Chrome team could you investigate?

Chrome is causing Nexus devices to reboot. Look up the thread on Google Groups and you'll see that if it's not a recent issue.

Still rebooting the Nexus 4 after use, and not removing from recent apps.

x86 seems was dropped from beta. Hope for good. And will return when will be usable.
