Such a joy... broke my "inspect devices" as Windows chrome is still at v38 and Android chrome is v39... looks like I can stop doing any work today!

In my BQ Edison 3 this update breaks tabs ( simply the number of tabs appear, and clicking on it doesn't do anything ).

A major problem for me :-(

Agree with David Sánchez - this version has messed up tab management completely. Have to back out to v 34 on my BQ and use desktop and Moto G phone. Doesn't anyone test anything?

DO NOT UPGRADE to 39 - it is piece of sh*t - why? Cannot go to normal full screen mode only some sh*tty very small (60% of screen) popup window but there is more of sh*t for you from Google, because everything except address bar is greyed/dimmed so not only I waste money for 5" screen when I can now read only from 60% of it (like 3 inch screen) but it is also so dark/dimmed I can't see sh*t in sunny day - BIG "FU*K YOU" goes to Google team for forcing unaware people in to this upgrade with horrible design without warning with no option to go in classic mode. I was supposed to do some banking wires and other important stuff today morning and I was in deep sh*t, waist time and need to wait to Monday for bank wires - FU*K YOU GOOGLE - FU*K YOU !!! Opera / Firefox welcome again!

All of you having issues with small screen, are you rooted and using xposed framework? This is the reason and not chrome. Clicking home and open chrome from recent apps helps in my case.

My tablet note 8 automatically updated Chrome and now all I get is a black screen. No keyboard, no menu, no display. When I move the tablet from vertical to horizontal it briefly displays then scrambles into lined white noise then back to a black screen. I am not a techie. In app manager, Chrome, if I select uninstall updates it says it will uninstall all updates for that app. Is that what I want please? Cheers

My screens ate all dark grey now. I can hardly see the text. I downgraded Chrome only to have it upgrade automatically. Suddenly can't access the Chrome menu, now, either. Way to go.

Since the update my browser is now half the size and very dim, it's not usable. Sounds like a few others are experiencing the same problem, - sort it out please! Using on an S3
