This is the same update as the one on last Thursday 9/14/17. Why are we getting it twice?

And still not the update for my Acer CB3-532!!. I am still on stable version 59. Why takes it so long to get the new stable version for my chromebook?.

In addition on my CB3-431 Android was updated. Version 61 still has not dropped into stable and I suspect this is because of Android integration i.e. debugging the playstore

How do I find out what the actual feature enhancements are in this update? Why isn't that included in the announcements of updates? Am I missing it somewhere?

I just got this update (whatever it is) on my Acer R11.

BTW, Google Play Device Certification is still broken, so those using Chromebooks for Android apps, take note.

We have a large number of Lenovo N23 Yoga Chromebooks. Some of these devices will let us manually update Chrome to Version 60 and some remain up to date at a version of 59. We are using an application that does not work well with version 59 so this update is very important. Thoughts?

yeah saw this too, the I changed to the beta channel, I used to be on Chrome OX 58 and the Beta channel took me directly to Chrome OS 61 ( the latest on beta)

seems to work fine @Marja

@Chris
I didnot dare to change to the beta channel, am afraid of malfunctions/interruptions/crashes. But apparently there is no problem? Only it is difficult to change back to stable channel.

Does anyone have any information on whether or not the delay is something caused by the older chipset in the two chromebooks? I have a Samsung Chromebook 3, and it's kind of insane that it's been so long since the last update. I know they're doing their best, but still... running on a build from July 18...
