I had to perform a powerwash before my Dell 7310 would download the new build. A powerwash may be a severe solution, but it worked for me.

THE WORST!! Everytime my computer crashes, it signs me out, and I have to sign in over and over and over again! Its extremely annoying and it upsets me very much! With the update, can you stay signed in to a chromebook? Because this operating software is nothing but utter garbage! Huge disappointment! I like the new menu themes, but the more basic functions really gets me mad!

There is still no update for an Acer Chromebook 15 910 (at the moment: Version 62.0.3202.74 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit); platform 9901.54.0 (Official Build) stable-channel auron_yuna).

It does not support the Play Store. I have checked for the new firmware versions several times in vain.

Please update this chromebook because of the security updates as soon as possible and add a notice as for a postponed update in the offical announcement!

Dell 7310, check for updates and shows "your Chromebook is up to date", Version 62.0.3202.74. I don't think ol' Josafat Garcia, et al, from Google Chrome, care, which makes me feel like leaving the Chromebook family.

@Ken S, I was in your situation with my Dell 7310, stuck at .74. I did a powerwash, and then it was able to download the new build. I am now runnng .82.

In order to update to version 62.0.3202.82 (Official Build) (64-bit) I had to do a powerwash. Once the powerwash was completed the update was picked up on right away. Strange that it would require a powerwash to install such a small update but this is a Chromebook after all so the headache is minimal. Thanks for the continued support and updates.

I haven't gotten either of the last 2 updates, Is this what other CB pro owners are finding or do i need to do a powerwash?

I just downloaded this update on my Acer R11 Chromebook (I updated my Mom's Chromebook before this). "Cascade" is still zoomed into the lower-left of the screen, and unless I'm missing something, the maximize button did nothing. Our Chromebooks are still Certified at least, though! (Since Android is out of beta on them, though, I should expect that.)

Well, even though we don't have the update on the Acer 14 yet, still better than all the update crapola on a Win 10 machine haha. I usually can't tell anything different on the updates anyway so will be patient.

My Samsung Chromebook 2 11.6" Still has .74! Sometimes it doesn't get a minor update and when a major update comes it gets it. Or if another small update comes then it will get it. I will probably get Chrome 63 on this thing, whenever it comes.

Still didn't get this update! My next update will probably be Chrome 63. What version of Flash do you all have? I have a Samsung Chromebook 2 with the latest version, 27.0.0.183, but I also have an Acer Chromebook with Flash version 27.0.0.130.

Just got this update on my Asus C302 the other day, but it seems like my battery life has taken a hit (maybe lasting 1-2 hours LESS than before). Are there any other C302 users experiencing the same?
