Dev Channel Update for Chrome OS

The Dev channel has been updated to 65.0.3299.0 (Platform version: 10278.0.0) for most Chrome OS devices. This build contains a number of bug fixes, security updates and feature enhancements. 

If you find new issues, please let us know by visiting our forum or filing a bug. Interested in switching channels? Find out how. You can submit feedback using ‘Report an issue...’ in the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser).

I can no longer play games like solitaire. the games will not recognize the trackpad or mouse. Any ideas how to fix?

Let's see if this fixes random crashes/reboots (possibly related to OOM/swap) on a chromebook.
