This version crashed instantly for me, wouldn't even open. Previous beta was perfect. Win7 x64. Sucks because I just went from stable to beta, back to stable for now.

The newest Chromium (for the past week or so) do the same thing. This is on a brand new machine that hasn't been messed with...

I also crash instantly. I get the 'Woah' message. I even tried launching straight to incognito mode with the --incognito command in the shortcut to no avail.

This is a problem for quite a few people Google. Please take notice. I know it'll get fixed in due time.

On Windows XP, GPU acceleration is now blacklisted.
Issue 72975: Blacklist GPU acceleration on Windows XP
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=72975

You can re-enable WebGL and Accelerated Compositing by using
'--ignore-gpu-blacklist' startup switch.
If you don't want to use startup switch, please vote for this.

dumb question, sorry but couldn't find it anywhere and I need to ask it,
When version 10 of Chrome is stable will my Beta version be updated to that one (stable) or will wait for a new beta release?

thanks!

I updated to the Dev Version and I can use Chrome again. Now on version 11.0.672.2 my version 10 beta did still work on my Windows 7 32 bit system, but not my 64 bit until I updated to the Dev Version.
