Still not able to sync between computers.

Am the only one? Can someone help me reset everything?

When trying to sync, username and password work. Then I choose 'sync everything' and making sure setting is on 'use my google account password' under Encryption.

After 10 seconds of 'setting up' it asks for my passphrase. Non of the passwords I try work.

Also, it suggests to cancel sync through my dashboard but there's nothing there.

Thanks,
Sagi

Just because I'm curious: is it more safe to use Java in Chrome compared to other browser? Probably not, right? Chrome doesn't run Java Applets in the same sandbox?
Since Java gets more and more a target for attacks and I'm not sure Oracle is very fast in fixing those problems, I'm thinking about disabling the Java plugin

Sagi - try clearing out crufty AutoFill entries and see if that gets you past the hurdle? I realize this isn't the channel for suggestions, but... that's how I got over my login / sync hurdle. :)

@ara rezaee Change the UI?! No way! Yes it's simple, and that's good! Why would you want to complicate it?
Install IE along with a million toolbars if you want a complicated and nonfunctional browser.

I'm finding I'm crashing all the time whenever I try to uninstall any app from the new tab page. To reproduce:
1. Open new tab page.
2. Right click on an app.
3. Click 'uninstall'.

Chrome goes boom. Running 10.0.648.45 dev. Seems OK in canary.

Not sure if this is the right spot to report this. If not, could someone point me there? Thanks!

@Tommy:
It's the best, if you wait for a new dev release, if the problem is there also, report it, else it had been reported and fixed :)

Thanks a lot for your help!
I don't know if you meant this but after selecting only Bookmarks and Preferences (and un-checking all others) it worked!

Bookmarks are the only thing I care about with this sync so I'm very happy it works.

Thanks again!

New Canary Build 11.0.667.0 is the fastest browser I ever seen..... on some complex pages it takes half time to load (compared to dev version)

Impossible to update my Google Chrome canary build to 11.0.667.0 version : error 7! Everything I tried is useless (reboot, complete reinstallation...) I'm stick on Chromium for the moment. :/ (I'm on Windows XP SP3)

Hi,
I can't get flashplugins on my chrome (stable or dev). I had the stable version via apt-get on ubuntu and now
I just installed chrome-dev version 10.0.648.45 via apt-get too (it's a 64bit version). Neither contains any flash plugins when I go to about:plugins on the address bar.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sean.

Since this build, there are only very limited search results in the Omnibox.

There is also no longer link to additional results in the chrome history.
I refer to the entry "See ... recent pages in history containing ..."
http://image.chromefans.org/id81/chrome-omnibox-2.png

This entry no longer exists.

Tabs are taking longer and longer to be closed with every new release.

Also when I close the Chrome window with many tabs opened, sometimes my click just get ignored.
