Just curious - why is it that the beta of an OS is running the stable version of the browser?

Good release, btw. Keep it up!

It makes sense to have a stable version of a browser so that you're not testing an untested browser on an untested OS.

How do I upgrade to this ? It keeps me on Chrome OS and says "Chrome OS is up to date"?

WARNING The development channel is where ideas get tested, but can be very unstable at times. Please proceed with caution.
