sometimes the task manager will show that the browser process will use about 25% of cpu. but at that time i'm not doing anything except afk from facebook.

There's still no option to pinch thumbnails, nor to change their orders (dragging one left or right). It's so bothering to restore them everytime you delete your cookies...

Please, restore the pinch thumbnails option, otherwise I'll be forced to switch to stable channel. The "eight thumbnails" (probably one of the best features chrome has so far) are useless as they're now.

Like MakHooi, I am experiencing 25%-50% CPU usage just idling with only basic pages open (no Flash, 3-D content, audio, etc.) I am running the 15.0.874.92 beta on Ubuntu Linux 11.04 32bit.

I just switched over to Firefox and it was much more responsive and didn't idle with any CPU resources on the same set of tasks.
