Dear Google Chrome Team,

How many years do you need to fix the pepperflash problem? It's at least half a year passed, new versions of it have even been released, but one thing remains the same: it is incapable of showing HD videos on youtube, for example, due to excessive CPU usage (normal videos also eat up to 90% of CPU). How come Adobe's Flash works excellently, and your hack just does not?

That's true. That's why I use the npapi version of flash because it's less-cpu hungry than pepper. Anyway it's been so rare to see a good flash update to chrome to the point the video's not laggy and it doesn't eat a lot of cpu.

Installing non chromewebstore extensions is possible by some application installers as I have suffered yesterday, it kills chrome.exe and installs 2 extensions and Chrome doesn't even notice that new extensions have been installed from outside Chrome's process.

Just take a look to http://storebox1.info/ online installers (aka downloaders), I notice, however, that they offer a "decline" option but most people won't notice and Chrome should inform those changes, as I'm afraid many viruses would install new extensions without user's consent and even further, they would alter/inject already installed extensions' source codes.

The last 2 releases of Chrome will not let me use Zynga Texas Hold'em. It seems to be a flash issue?? It just sticks at the login screen. I have to use IE in order to play. My Chromebook (beta channel) does not load either.

Dear Sir,

I've a problem, using XP SP3 2,99GB DDR2, with Chrome Version 24.0.1312.56 m with Mcafee Total Protection 2013, ONLY Antivirus & Antispyware.

sometimes by randomly, when I click the Chrome's "Most Visited" Thumbnails box pages, so quickly, suddenly, I got the BLUE SCREEN, Invalid_Process_Detach_Attempt with code 0x00000006.

Note: I click thumbnails box most visit for CNN.com pages.

it seems Mcafee detected this Chrome as a dangerous program to prevent for running inside my Notebook?

I got this first error Blue Screen, around first December 2012, if I'm not mistaken, Chrome was already using version 24 ?
Note: Mcafee was not update it yet.

I tried to scan my laptop, every anti malwarebytes, prevx, Malicious Microsoft, Adware, and got nothing.

I thought my CD Mcafee was corrupted, so I installed the 30th day demo inside mcafee.com, and got the same result Blue Screen.

I also install Chrome Canary, and got the Blue Screen too.

What is wrong with version 24 ?

Is Chrome 24.0.1312.56 m compatible with Mcafee 2013 or not ?

Please investigate this problems with Mcafee
