Here are the bug steps with Google translate

1 From Google Chrome, I was on Facebook trying to tag a political image that I had created ( a political cartoon comparing the Ivory Coast and Chile 1973 - I am attacked by supporters of colonialism and have been convicted with faussses charges and false evidence . therefore I fear they use hackers fascist supporters of slavery to one day lead the attacks on my blogs )
2 Suddenly though I have not done anything related so I 'm disconnected from my Facebook account asking me suddenly put my name and code.
3 Fearing intrusion of political pirates, I close Chrome (because of a possible security breach ) and I continue using Mozilla
4 From there , I do an update on Avast which tells me that Chrome is obsolete
5 3 times more , Avast load the update program (I see two black screens but without the time to read what is displayed )
6 and is displayed at the end
GOOGLE CHROME ERROR
Local version 29.0.1547.76
New Version 30.0.1599.66
and click here for further details .
I click three times and three times I came across this article where I do not see anything about my problem.

thank you

Merci

I have the exact same issue as Julie Tadevich. Where is the update link?

Julie- Your Chromebook should update automatically. There is no link you need to go to. When its ready to install, you will see a white box with a black arrow that is pointing up in the lower right corner. Click it and click "restart to update". Your chromebook will restart and you will have the latest version.

You can also see if an update is ready by going to Settings -> Help
