I will also post as a potential bug:
With the iOS update, I now find that several of the javascript based bookmarklets that I use to invoke other iOS programs on my iPad are not functioning.
- save to OmniFocus
- save to Tumblr
- DEVONThink Pro Office
- BufferApp

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, this has broken the BeeLine Reader bookmarklet as well. Did they intend to kill bookmarklet support entirely? Do any still work?
