Dev Channel Update

The Dev Channel has been updated to 34.0.1838.2 for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

This release fixes a number of crashes and other bugs. A full list of changes is available in the SVN log. Interested in switching release channels? Find out how. If you find a new issue, please let us know by filing a bug.

i'm still having problems signing in to google websites. google+ keeps signing me out after 3 seconds of signing in. gmail signs out every few minutes. youtube signs out after i open a new page or refresh.

It seems that click on a tab on another sync'd device doesn't open the tab on the current device. The tab title switches to the tab title from the other device, but the omnibox shows "about:blank".

Seriously, you've got to go back to the old "New Tab Page". The mounds of space on it, with the large search box. What a waste of real estate, the big google box is pointless because the moment you start typing it that text appears straight away in the URL box, and then that big box disappears. It makes far more sense for it to stay exclusively in the URL box.

Yes, you should make the top sites page so that it fits to the window size. I've got a 1280x800 display and I have to scroll to view the text in the second row of the top sites!

I agree with you guys, so I've created an extension which makes the new tab page way more beautiful and it doesn't waste space.
