Another release and chrome still COMPLETELY BROKEN

Just watch this and see: Video that shows chrome is completely broken

Chrome is unusable for last 5-6 releases. And you still didn't fix it. How that can be possible?

I also opened bug report for it but didn't get attention:

The past few releases, brought the memory utilization of each tab down. But since then not only chrome is slow, unresponsive and unusable, it slows down my computer drastically.

Encouraging news about memory usage, but very disappointing news on responsiveness and usability.

Last two releases, tons of Shockwave hangs. If I have lots of tabs open, some won't draw or take a long time to draw. Closing all chrome windows leaves many chrome processes still alive. I must kill the main one after all chrome windows are closed in order to get them to all go away.
