Dev Channel Update

The dev channel has been updated to 41.0.2243.2 for Mac.

A partial list of changes is available in the log. Interested in switching release channels? Find out how. If you find a new issue, please let us know by filing a bug.

lol, only one thing changed: use of "Surface", which got disabled for all platforms.. but still only for mac

The last two releases (for Mac, at least on OSX 10.6.8), have broken where the menus for extensions appear -- they are now offset to the left, and for a window near the left edge of the screen, they can almost disappear off the left edge of the screen.

Haven't been updated, even after visiting chrome://chrome.

Stuck on Version 40.0.2202.3 dev (64-bit) on Mavericks. Even still, seems to be a bug there, dunno if fixed; Options dialogues open in new tab, not as per documentation (https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/optionsV2). Works fine in my Canary version when it was on V40.
