Will the Google Chrome browser update to .114 or is this just for Chrome OS for Chromebooks?

Or will the Actual Chrome browser just update to 41 when it happens either end of this month/beginning of March?

Come on guys! I am on the Acer C720 and the function of Google Drive to Chromecast is still not working at all. The cast icon does not even show up. I paid for Drive storage because of this function. A function that has been taken away.
