On K/Ubuntu Chrome interface became extremly large! It seems that this https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1302155 bug reproduced again with the latest update! As far as I can see this fix doesn't work anymore:debian/patches/display-scaling-default-value: Make default scale 1:1 when no gsettings information is availableSo it scales at least as 2:1.Please fix it ASAP!
+1 for the issue Alex Malyshev described. Same here. Please fix ASAP.
+1 same here, according to http://superuser.com/questions/925762/chrome-gui-is-too-big-as-of-43-0-2357-124-1 following switch might help :--force-device-scale-factor
There's already an issue created:https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=498466Hope for soon fix.
Looks like that issue has been made internal-only now. Here's a public issue: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=490880
After upgrading from Chrome browser Version 43.0.2357.65 (64-bit) to Version 43.0.2357.124 (64-bit), the angularJS sort by title is sorting very oddly, not by alphabetical char from left to right like it was sorting before the upgrade. is this related to the GUI size bug?
What are these new controls for ?"Ask me when a site wants to use system exclusive messages to access MIDI devices "What if any privacy and/or security concerns might be involved?Under what circumstance would I see a prompt for this?
I appear to have lost all favicons from bookmarks, and revisiting sites does not add them back. Seems broken. Win 7 x64 with latest patch update.
THANK YOU for reverting the Bookmark Manager. While pretty, the new design was difficult to use, not intuitive and didn't even support any second-level folders. What a HUGE mistake for the Chrome team. Thank you for realizing it.
Glad to see the Bookmark System is back to the old system. It's a shame that a "list" view is only view available in the manager itself. It'd be really handy if you could set if you wanted a list style view or the thumbnail style in the bookmark manager itself when you're inside it. I very much enjoyed the thumbnail view (for some folders!) but found bookmarking and managing them to be a chore on the "new" system.
