Dev Channel Update

The dev channel has been updated to 49.0.2593.0 for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Rendering seems to be broken on Windows 10. Colors are messed up on every website (but not on the UI, Extension Icons are correct) (red -> blue)

Audio problems (crackling when listening to flash audio).

5 days and still no audio fix. I think I'll have to leave this channel and get a more stable build.
