Were the fonts changed? I don't like the new look, especially since text and tabs take up more space. But more importantly, I don't appreciate stealth changes. I was searching for info on this and couldn't find any, so I thought perhaps my browser was corrupted. After much hassle of researching and experimenting with fixes, I finally gave in and did a system restore, which fixed the fonts but introduced other issues. I then manually updated Chrome and see the fonts were changed again, confirming that it was part of the update.Isn't it proper to notify the user of such changes, or at the very least notify them when their browser is updated?
The same problem from the last beta build of Chrome OS is still in this beta build of Chrome OS. Google Cast on this build of Chrome OS doesn't work properly sometimes you will get the sound from your Chromebook only and sometimes not at all. If you want to use Google Cast before the next update for the beta channel then go to the stable channel or dev channel of Chrome OS for the meantime.
