The Chrome team is excited to announce the promotion of Chrome 56 to the beta channel for Windows, Mac and Linux. Chrome 56.0.2924.21 contains our usual under-the-hood performance and stability tweaks, but there are also some cool new features to explore - the Chromium blog will be updated with more information as this release rolls out over the coming week.
