Why did you make it where plugins can not be disabled. I do not want flash running. I want flash disabled. Why are you forcing me to have flash enabled. Your way is not always the best way.

I can't change the setting for Chrome PDF Viewer. It's stuck to my pre-update settings! My collegues are stuck with revered settings than me... what is this strange sorcery!?

@Linda: There's a new setting in "Content settings" called PDF Documents, "Open PDF documents in the default PDF application."

I noticed that there was only 1 week between this Stable Channel Update for Desktop and the previous one. Looking at the change log, it's impressive how much was done during that week.

The update itself seems fine, but I wanted to mention a minor issue I noticed on the announcement page for Stable Channel Update for Desktop (Wednesday, February 1, 2017) [the actual Web page where this comment is being posted].

This page has 2 identical-looking sets of 3 Social Media (G+, Twitter, and FB) icons. Clicking on any of the icons in the 1st set wrongly does nothing, but clicking on any in the 2nd set brings up the expected G+, Twitter, or FB pages.

I have a problem shutting down a New Mac Book Pro 2016 with the touch bar. This was supposed to be fixed in a December release.

Sad thing is it that whilst it takes longer than i would want, an early 2013 MAC Book Pro works just fine

Something is off with the rendering. I have multiple places where scroll: auto produces a scroll bar that cannot be scrolled, as well as SVGs exceeding their set size.

I would like to second (or third) the comments about removing the ability to disable plugins. I always disable flash. I don't want websites even knowing that I have the ability to run flash. How about an explanation as to the reasoning why this was removed, or if there is an alternate way to disable, let us know.

Since this release, date picker field is not displaying data from a sql database.

All worked fine on previous versions.
