Ever since you updated yesterday my Chromebook has the black screen. I want to know how you plan to fix this problem as I can't use my computer this way. It was just fine before that. Now what do I do?

You are talking about an update that came out to the Beta Channel users. Google is not responsible for a problem with your machine since you put the device on the Beta channel, and problems should be expected.

Try powerwashing the device. And also, if you do not want problems, change it back to the Stable Channel.

It is October 17th. I had recently updated my Samsung Chromebook, yesterday in fact. So far, everything is great, but there is one thing that absolutely kills everything for me. When anything is being played through the speakers, there is this awful crackling sound that I hear every two to five seconds. It's driving me crazy, and I hope it's fixed as soon as possible.
