This refresh still does NOT display all of a large collection of bookmarks in a folder.

Chrome doesn't allow the zoom out function using the trackpad, and it doesn't display the magnifyingglass by the searchbar anymore

Thank you for re-adding the space between the new tab button and avatar button in maximized mode. Now I can drag the window again without having to retore it down..

Something is wrong with chrome color management. All pages show much bigger contrast than it was before. All shadows are "burned" and very dark.

For some reason, Chrome will not promptly release attachment from one site when I want to move to another site. Example--on CNN or Fox or another news site..I want to move to another book mark like NOAA or NASA--I literally have to close out the browser and open a new one in order to gain access to the site I choose. I clear browser history and all that stuff on an ongoing basis.

The update removed the Allow sites to run flash option. And I just hate it when that happened. Even worse, the update removed my ability to watch .swf files when I drag and drop them in the browser, and instead downloads the .swf file. Can you please fix all these problems I'm having?

Hello Team,
MAIN PROBLEM :-->
I am Facing ISSUE While Accessing Internet Using MY Authentication BASED Proxy Server.
It was working Properly in the OLDER VERSION.
The New Version have some ISSUES

Details :-->

I am Using My Proxy Server that Supports Authentication.
I have very well CONFIGURED the PROXY DETAILS in GOOGLE CHROME
i.e
Setting -> Open Proxy Settings -> Inside "Internet Properties" Window Clicked on "LAN Settings" -> Have Filled the Proxy details Properly

When I try to access any website I usually get a [Proxy-Authentication] Template.
Asking me to Provide the Authentication Credentials for using the PROXY.

i.e

The Proxy Server is RESPONDING with start-line as :
407 Proxy-Authentication Required

and the Chrome browser Provides me with Javascript Popup to enter the Credentials
and I enter the Appropriate Credentials and it works fine.

It lets me ACCESS the Internet Properly

whereas after some time, when i close my browser and start it again

It does not ask me for any kind of Authentication and what I see on my Proxy Server Logs
What I FIND is :
Google Chrome is itself SENDING the
Proxy-Authorization: Basic Og==
Og== --> Base64Encoded(":")

Which is WRONG

and
Since my Proxy sever is Configured for Security Restrictions

If I Enter Wrong Credentials
My Access to Internet is Blocked and an " ACCESS DENIED " Template is Displayed
and I will No Longer be Able to ACCESS the Internet
Creating a Problem for ME as well as for My Users

And this Happens EVERY TIME

I feels this is WRONG
An Application should NEVER SEND A HEADER FIELD without Providing any kind of Authentication Challenge
OR
It can send Proxy-Authentication Credentials.
-> IF it is Hard Coded in the Application
-> Stored by the Application After an Successful ATTEMPT
-> STORED by the USER

If This is How Google Chrome is DESIGNED to be working.
Please Update me With a Solution [TO TURN-OFF that AUTOMATIC PROXY-CREDENTIALS Passing]
Please MAIL me on :- aashish.bhandari97[at]gmail.com

Thnaks and Regards,
Ashish R Bhandari

Hello,

Chrome freezes and crashes when trying to "attach" file/picture to emails.
Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

For me, it started with Chrome on Windows 7. Chrome started freezing when I downloaded a file. Initially I thought it was limited to Gmail attachments, but soon I realized any file download would freeze the browser.

This build feels very unstable. Responsiveness is terrible, slow scrolling, jumpy, typing is laggy in Gmail, Facebook

@Matthew Sibley The Flash restrictions will not be reverted, and will in fact be further tightened as time goes on, as part of the cross-browser effort to deprecate and remove Flash support by December 2020, when Adobe (the maker of Flash) officially sets it to End of Life. The Flash plugin has had a rash of security problems lately, and this trend seems to only be getting worse, not better. Furthermore, the rise of HTML5 has gotten to the point that it can fill all new use cases formerly requiring Flash. Of course, this does nothing to help with content created prior to this happening - but even then, there are solutions like Haxe out there that let authors publish both to Flash and HTML5 for transitional purposes.
