Beta Channel Update for Desktop

The Chrome team is excited to announce the promotion of Chrome 70 to the beta channel for Windows, Mac and Linux. Chrome 70.0.3538.16 contains our usual under-the-hood performance and stability tweaks, but there are also some cool new features to explore - please head to the Chromium blog to learn more!

A full list of changes in this build is available in the log. Interested in switching release channels?  Find out how here. If you find a new issue, please let us know by filing a bug. The community help forum is also a great place to reach out for help or learn about common issues.

Acer R13. Very unstable for me. OS (Chrome) crashes continuously when used with some Google apps.

(9-19-2018)Up this morning and saw Google Chrome was updated...so went to remove malware being careful to save passwords, and now all passwords are missing...cannot get into Google Chrome by tapping on icon, Back to I.E. to get on to my computer. Did a restore twice, shut it down several times and still is not working correctly. I spent 2 hours this morning trying to get online via I.E. just so I could get my mail. I'm ticked off.
