Chrome starts to show "Not Secure" for http sites from 68. I wonder is this only for Mac, Linux, and Windows? Is Chrome on mobile platforms going to take the same approach?

The latest version of Chrome on iphone does not show "not secure" for HTTP sites which is inconsistent with Chrome 68+ on Mac, PC, etc. I would like to get an answer from Chrome team regarding Chrome's approach on mobile for HTTP sites. If anyone can shed any information that will be greatly appreciated.
