Win7 64 here and, frankly, this update sucks. Lots of hangs and crashes with flash ("unknown" or "shockwave" plugins, which can't just be terminated, the whole thing must be restarted). There was no such behavior ever before...

Just switched to stable channel, because on Mac there was a bug that made navigating quickly impossible. This situation concurred for 3 updates, so I'm done dev-channel testing for now.

For all those who have crashes:
Did you have "Smooth Gesture" extension installed?
Disable or remove it.
I've replaced it with "Gestures for Chrome" and it works very well, with no more crashes.

I get A LOT of strange random crashes on www.stocklogos.com/user/120 while browsing my account there. Also, if several tabs are open I get a strange flicking page bug when hovering over the tabs and back to the content of the page, like if Chrome shows a cached image of the previously open page. Very weird..

This is without exception one of the most fun and useful software projects I have ever used. I have been around and been programming a long time and seen many many pieces of software. Thanks to everyone that has taken time and effort making CHROME what it is today. See there is hope out there that we shall over take the free world in due time but not without much more wonder/software such as we see here with CHROME. You smile now, I have to go the kids they can’t get the Lego pieces to become two DEFENDING ARMIES to save their COUNTRIES. Not everything plugs-in quite yet. Truly my very best regards and respect to all who have invested on this CHROME project. Don C. Hanich of the OC in So. Calif.
