Version 17.0.963.38 beta-m is totally unusable for me crashes on everything (websites, options, etc.) after shortly showing anything in the browser. Cannot send feedback, because feedbackpage crashes too. Working on Windows XP.
this beta version (on win32/winxp) has again many problems when navigating the history of the browser. going back and forth in history (arrow buttons, or backspace on keyboard) sometimes just does nothing. the little circle actually animates and shows that it is trying to load the old/new content again maybe from the target website or maybe from the local disk cache, but many times never displays the webpage. this is in very simple webpages, as well in complex ones.during recent years googlechrome used to have this behavior many times over and over, and a subsequent new bet/stable release fixed this again.i am using many tabs and sometimes multiple windows. maybe this is ram/memory fragmentation, cache starvation or other blocking attempts on a rather raw chrome or operating system level.clicking onto links while the chrome window waits always works, so i have to re-navigate my desired content in other ways during such encounters of this bug.this is really a pain in the a... the last beta build of 17 was doing better, this one is again behaving badly, but not always showing this bug, and two beta releases before this one was behaving badly as well.please take a look into history navigation / memory consumption, fragmentation and such things. its really annoying.
F6 still fails to highlight url field. Instead, F6 merely puts the cursor at the far-left of the url-field text with nothing highlighted.
I absolutely hate the dialog box print preview
Agreed. The new print-preview dialog is awful.
closing youtube pages always freezes my window...
