This is very cool news!! I just installed Chrome for Android beta on my Nexus 10 :-)
whohoo, finally!!! Chrome finally flys on my new phone!
If you guys really want to see what to change, install the AOSP browser you released back in 2011 with the Galaxy Nexus on the Nexus 10. Then run your app (Beta or stable) side by side with it. It should be very apparent where you guys need to put work in. Don't know what I mean? Load up www.theverge.com - you guys should be familiar with it. After seeing the huge difference in load times, try to scroll around using both the AOSP browser and the Chrome (or Chrome Beta) browser. Fix that and you're golden.
Finally the webp chroma channel fix is here! Thought this day would never come! Webp can now be safely used on Android!
where's the link for the bug on sluggish performance on the galaxy nexus? Or is this something that won't be fixed?
