  • 303831: [M31] 'Add to homescreen' option still available for bookmarks on Old NTP
  • 302679 : 3rd party URL's from web app opens with glitches and blank screens

Why Chrome did you change the double tap slide to zoom gesture? Now it is the exact opposite of the way it works in Maps. Double tap slide down now zooms *IN* when using Chrome Beta. But the same gesture in Maps zooms *OUT*. Huh?

When going to bookmarks, it always opens Mobile Bookmarks now, which for me is empty because I sync bookmarks from my desktop. I'd like it to default to Desktop Bookmarks or at least how it was in the previous version where it remembered which bookmark folder you were last in.

They brought back x86 builds, yet performance did not improve. Rendering still takes 3+ seconds after scroll, scroll itself is not above 10 fps...

This beta has lots of graphical and rendering bugs.
- current tab is defective
- large white spaces on sides of all sites

Not talking about massive swaps and hangs when page is loading.

Reversed zoom gesture :(
Terrible tab swiping still there :(
New tab page search box :(

At least the new tab page is optional. The tab swiping thing is unbearable. And now you pushed that atrocity to the release version so both versions are useless.

Have to roll back to v29.

make it an option or remove it please.

Great update guys.
I really enjoyed the demonstration page for new mobile payments too. Free Googlers are too much! :-)

Fix the issue with default to the empty Mobile bookmarks folder!

And why did you change bookmarks tabs opening now in the foreground?

I like using Chrome but I would not say it is perfect.

After the update I have the same problem as "coth" has with the active tab.
- current tab is defective

It gives a dark shade over the tab name and little icon whixh makes it imposible to read and see if yur page is still loading.

Used his screenshot but if needed i can make one myself as well

I am using a Asus Transformer Pad Infinity (TF700T)

Please Please Please let people choose the old tab gesture. This is the single most frustrating update for anything I remember. Either that or untie it from the address bar that disappears often.

This has crippled my ability to surf with my phone with a single hand.

I second N. Nikolov's comment! Love that Chrome no longer zooms in on pages.

Also, if I enable the NTP, bookmark tabs open in the background, like before.

Still no sign of text wrap. :(

Seriously, that is the biggest killer feature that will win you so many users that are currently forced to use Opera and other options for lack of this feature.

Please reconsider.
