The changelog is small, nothing interesting. (No offense, just an info)

I find I cannot chromecast and am getting a message that my chrome needs to be updated. When I tried to do that I get an update failed message error 12. When I Googled this, it seemed to involve going in to the bowels of my computer language and typing certain things exactly. I'm afraid to do that. Should I just uninstall Chrome and then reinstall it? I'm not computer savvy.

I can't look at specific cookies in the extended settings and erase them. The button simply doesn't react.
