Sadly the wifi issues still exist, with Samsung Chromebooks.

I'm sure this discussion is on going as I have a Samsung 303 and was experiencing the disconnects and lock ups. I purchased a new wifi ap and the problem went away. This might not be an update issue, rather an outdated ap using bad protocol/standards. Probably doesn't help you currently, but again the issue no longer exists since replacing wifi ap. Good luck,

Since 10 days there is no update for the Samsung Chromebook Series 5.

More recent security updates are *very* important to my and manually checking for new updates fails.

If you are interested in my IP: It belongs to a Germany cable internet provider.

I hope that you are going to deliver this more recent firmware update as soon as possible to all machines.

If the update has been silently withdown for this Chromebook please post a comment in this blog.

Thanks in advance,

Steffen Bardolatzi

Hi, I set my start up page on Google Chrome with "Open New Tab", but I get Chrome sign in page everytime I open Google Chrome (while it connects to internet).

Is it normal for the Stable release (like, the part of the update)?

Thank you
