please can you confirm that the below update has been pulled.confirming posts on the chromebook central. as i an others as posted in the blog for that release get no update from 46 when we try47.0.2526.74
Guys why don't you write briefly just in several sentences what is main new features and updates. It's really necessary info just to understand what's going on.When you add multi-language spell checker, for example, i found out that it's there just accidentally. So you are doing really good features but no body knows about it. Don't you think its wrong?
@lou, do you have a link to the discussion around issues you are seeing? I work for a company which is using ChromeOS and we have noticed our Beta devices failing to load certain applications including Citrix.
@Alex We're also seeing some issues using the Citrix Receiver app, which we're fairly sure are down to this update. Have you found a workaround in your environment?
Thankfully we've only got a small number of beta devices (against Google's recommendation) but we haven't got a workaround for those devices as of yet. Do you guys use Citrix on ChromeOS? We have struggled to find anyone using it particularly widely.
same problem here with citrix receiver app on chrome os. stopped working after update: endless spinning circle when the app tries to connect to storefront or netscaler
We're in a similar position @Alex, but we do try to keep around 5% of our whole ChromeOS estate on Beta to catch problems like this.We do indeed use Citrix on ChromeOS, as it's where a lot of our business applications lie.Take a look at this link, most importantly the 'Troubleshoot your Chromebook reset > Roll back..' heading: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en-GBWe've rolled back a few of the devices that have faced this problem, stopped any auto updates until a minor fix is released, and they're working as normal now.
